Peak foliage was happening and there were beautiful red, orange, and yellow leaves blowing in the wind. The day started off very windy and rainy. We all held on to hope that it would all pass before the ceremony. Michelle got ready at a Bed & Breakfast right down the street with the ladies, including her precious dog Haley!
When it was time to arrive at The Mansion at The Hellenic Center the rain had calmed down and was barely sprinkling. Michelle and Ryan shared a first look on the beautiful grand porch on the backside of the mansion. There were lots of happy tears as they hugged and admired each other. Then much to my surprise, Haley came running down with the cutest little doggie dress I have ever seen! I loved the way their faces lit up when they saw their sweet pup!
As we were capturing the love and friendship of their bridal party, the rain decided to stop and the clouds parted. Suddenly it was sunny and blue skies! We were all in shock at how quickly and drastically the weather had changed! What a wonderful surprise!
Michelle and Ryan are two of the sweetest. They are so laid back, kind, and generous. It was such an honor to capture their special day!
