So the love of your life has asked you to marry them. Congratulations! Now the planning starts. Before you can do anything else you need to decide what is the best season for your wedding to be in. Summer? Fall? Winter? Spring? It is already a lot to choose and you are just getting started! Maybe you have been dreaming of which season you want your wedding to be in since you were a little girl, or maybe you have no idea! I compiled a little list, just for you, of some pros and cons of each season to hopefully help you narrow down your choice.

SPRING:

Pros: Fresh blooming flowers, Cool Temperatures, Slow Season (more venue dates available)

Cons: Wet, Lots of Rain

SUMMER:

Pros: Bright vibrant colors, Perfect for outdoor weddings

Cons: Hot, Busy Season

FALL:

Pros: Foliage, Cool Temperatures

Cons: Busy season, Hard to Pin Point When Peak Foliage Will Be

WINTER:

Pros: Fresh snowfall, Slow Season (more venue dates available)

Cons: Snowstorms, Freezing

You probably already have a favorite season, the one you most look forward to. That might be the obvious choice for your wedding date. However, you also have to factor in what time would be best for you and your family. Is it easier for you and your people to take vacation in the winter or summer? If one season is particularly busy for you, maybe you want to avoid that season so you don't create added stress. Whenever you end up booking your wedding there are pros and cons to every season.
